With thousands of graduates, we receive many requests for transcripts, as well as replacement diplomas & certificates.  Our goal is to process these requests as quickly as possible. Please read and follow these instructions to expedite the processing of your records.

Transcript requests from students of Chadwick University (1989-2010) will reflect Chadwick University on the transcript.  This is also true for Chadwick University diplomas.

New students enrolling since April 1st, 2011, will receive certificates and transcripts from the Chadwick Institute.

PLEASE NOTE: Your PayPal payment will reflect a payment to "SOS Marketing", the payment processing arm of Chadwick.

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST PAY FOR TRANSCRIPTS VIA THE PAYPAL OPTIONS BELOW - AND YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR FULL NAME, STUDENT ID, ADDRESS FOR THE TRANSCRIPT OR DIPLOMA, MAJOR, AND YEAR(S) ATTENDED.  BY PROCESSING THIS REQUEST YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE THE STUDENT OR HAVE LEGAL AUTHORITY TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE STUDENT AND CAN SUPPLY APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTATION

In early 2011, we moved our IT system to a new host and implemented new procedures and fulfillment processes.  Our ultimate goal is to create a system to completely automate the payment process and the fulfillment of student records. Until then, please allow 7-10 days from the time of payment receipt to receive your transcript or diploma.

When requesting a transcript, replacement diploma or certificate - complete your transaction via PayPal for secure processing.  Next, be sure to send us a detailed comment in your PayPal comments or in an email to Records@Chadwick.edu with:

• Student Name
• Address for delivery of transcript or diploma
• Dates attended
• Student ID Number
• Program of Study
• Email address
